Dry cleaning silk:

Due to the delicate and sensitive nature of silk, we recommend dry cleaning. Washing in water can cause unwanted discoloration, and break down the texture of the silk fabric.

Ironing silk:

Use the "silk" setting on the iron - cool without steam. Ironing the reverse side of silk clothes helps protect the color of the silk better.

Avoid wet spot cleaning as this may cause rings.

*** Most wrinkles in silk fabrics can be removed simply by hanging your garment in the bathroom or in a place with a lot of moisture.
